Steven Sandholtz

Steven M. Sandholtz began his real estate career in 1990 with Bechtel Investments Realty, a commercial real estate investment and management company based in San Francisco, California, serving as an asset manager for a multibillion-dollar real estate portfolio, consisting of office, retail and industrial properties. His investment experience began with the equity financing of two golf resort communities and continued with his joining Fremont Realty Capital (FRC), the real estate investment arm of an $11 billion private investment company. As a Principal of FRC, Steve was involved in establishing the firm's initial private equity offering, a $220 million real estate opportunity fund and was responsible for investments with market value in excess of $1.0 billion in a variety of sectors, but focused in seniors housing and multifamily.


Colin Wright

Colin Wright is the managing partner of Jack Fisher Homes. Prior to this, Colin was the Land Acquisition Manager and Area Manager for a large private homebuilder in the state of Utah. In 2011, Utah Business Magazine recognized Colin as being part of the lineup for its Forty under 40. In 2013, he was also included in Professional Builder Magazine’s 40 Under 40. Colin works closely with the University of Utah MRED program and often guest lectures in the real estate focused classes. Colin received a BS degree in Finance from the University of Utah and later obtained a Masters of Real Estate Development from Columbia University.


Owen Fisher

Owen J. Fisher is a founder and partner in JF Capital and Jack Fisher Homes. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Wealth Navigation Advisors, LLC a Registered Investment Advisory firm located in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has over 15 years of experience in advising affluent clients and family offices on the best ways to utilize, maximize and protect their wealth. Mr. Fisher started JF Capital as a way for his clientele to invest in private real estate and build this asset class in their portfolios through its accredited investments. He has co-sponsored/raised over $650 million in investments through his career and currently manages over $250 million in liquid assets through his Registered Investment Advisor. Owen received a BA from Weber State University and currently holds a Certified Financial Planner® designation.


Chad Bessinger

Chad W. Bessinger is an original partner in JF Capital and has excelled at growing the company’s land development division. He brings with him 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry in the area of underwriting, entitlement & planning, and development. Previous project involvement has included a variety of asset classes from commercial to multi-family and residential projects. Chad graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors of Science in Business Finance.


Adam Paul

Managing Partner - JF Capital Multifamily

Adam began his career in 1997, managing the analysis of senior housing portfolio acquisitions. More recently he has worked as managing director of Paul Partners, a development and investment firm active in Utah and Arizona, and as a partner with Alliance Residential Company, a nationally active apartment developer with over $1 billion in annual revenues. Over his career, he has directly managed the deal structuring, due diligence, entitlement, debt and equity arrangement, design and development, and exit strategies of commercial and residential projects valued over $300 million. He has worked in partnership with large real estate private equity firms now prequalified among several to participate as fund managers in the FDIC Legacy Securities Public-Private Investment Program.

Mr. Paul holds a BA from Brigham Young University and a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.


Tyler Heath

Vice President of Land Finance

Tyler Heath is the Vice President of Land Finance at Henry Walker Homes. Tyler has been working in the financial and real estate industries for the past 14 years. He was a Financial Analyst for Goldman Sachs and Director of Due Diligence for Omni Brokerage/Orchard Securities. As an Investment Committee member, he made recommendations on the approval or disapproval of all offerings. Tyler also completed due diligence of over 400 private placements and public offerings representing over $16 billion in assets. Before coming to Jack Fisher Homes, Tyler was Project Manager at Candlelight Homes. He received both his Bachelors of Arts in Finance and his MBA from the University of Utah.


Glenn Girsberger

Vice President - Asset Management

Glenn has worked in the real estate industry for the past twenty-two years. He worked as a commercial acquisition / disposition officer for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served as vice president of acquisitions, asset management and development for the commercial division of Ivory Homes. While with The Prudential Realty Group, he was responsible for all aspects of financial analysis, accounting and valuations for a portfolio of office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets. At R&B Realty Group, he was responsible for 21 multi-family assets with over 12,000 apartment units and at American Realty Advisors, he worked as a real estate investment advisor to major pension funds acting as a financial analyst, asset manager, portfolio manager and acquisitions officer.

He is currently a licensed real estate broker in California and Utah and has earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Glenn received a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Business Management/Finance with minors in Accounting and Economics. Mr. Girsberger also attended Southwestern University School of Law.
